I don't think you know how recessions work. Currently M1, M2, and MZM velocity are way down. People are holding on to their paper. Coiling up like a spring. Its going to be kinda of hard releasing all that tension into the a digital infrastructure that doesn't exist.

What were they telling you? That it would all flood back into the virtual casino?

The hoarding is so contagious that even BTC velocity can't even pick up steam.
