As obvious as this advice may seem it's easy to forget.
If you're constantly worried about an investment then you're definitely over-invested. I have 8% of my net worth in crrypto (used to be a lot higher but took money off the table). I wouldn't feel good if crypto crashed 90% but it wouldn't be the end of the world for me. That's how you should feel about all your very risky investments.
During 2017 I had $250k+ in crypto and was constantly worried about the markets, constantly refereshed CMC, and the daily performance of the markets had a significant impact on my mood. I wasted so much time and energy because I was over-invested.

Even if you don't have the smarts to start a business or get rich in some way online, then just get a good (degree and) job and save most of you income. That way you should have a very comfy net worth after 10 years or so.
