Has anyone here tried this to help with their mood/anxiety?

>> No.16236962

I've heard it's good. I bought a giant bag of the powder and took the recommended dosage. Turns out I'm allergic to it and it started to feel like I had ants crawling all over my body. The sensation still remained a week after I stopped taking it.

I take rhodiola, it's an adaptogen similar to ashwagandha. That's pretty good but it will literally make you puke your guts up the first few times you take it.

for anxiety, you should try theanine. For mood, the best thing you can do is regular exercise and sleeping 8 hours a night on a regular schedule

If you have to take medecin to improve your diet or mental issue there's something wrong to begin with. Don't eat shit, get plenty of fat and meat (fish, beef, pork, chicken and lots of offals) raw to little cooked as possible and you should never experience any health issue. Stop bread and pasta that's food for slave. Get better soon.

I have tried.
It's a no brainer. Really good.
but i probably fucked up because of the 5htp. I think I developed myalgia an incurable disease. The ashwaganda has nothing to do with this. The fault is 5htp. Aswaganda has increased my immune system and is an excellent herb

AVOID 5HTP

>> No.16237189

Yep been using it for over 6 months.
I also used to take magnesium glycinate at bedtime to improve sleep.
Both effective anxiolytics.

Don't listen to this guy, 5-HTP is great but you must take it with L-DOPA because taking either of these precursors causes a deficit in the other so both must be taken to balance out this effect

Are you retard? It's a rare condition and it's documented and cases of 5htp have been verified also after the ''contaminated batch'' of 1988.
Also supplement are not FDA regulated
It's better to avoid considering the danger (it's a totally disabilitating disease)

Diet > Sleep > Exercise >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> (((Pills)))

Fix your diet. Don't eat cheap meat ever. Don't eat pork. Don't eat fast food. Have a routine that gets you out of the house everyday without fail, no excuses.

Guys look into gaba. Anxiety can stem from the body craving this fucking natural drug that your body produces. You can help your body produce more of it by eating things like tomatoes, veggies, and nuts. You can also take it in supplement form. Alcohol mimic's gaba's effect into the brain. You're welcome. Took me 10 years to figure out this was a thing.

Been taking this for a few weeks before I go to work. I have been also adjusting my diet to help my body produce more of it. It doesn't make you feel drunk or anything, but I certainly notice myself just feeling more talkative and social. So far so good. I will continue to concentrate on the diet aspect of it.

If you generally don't feel like shit after exercise, meaning no diabetes or blood glucose or issues like that, then regular 2-4x a week, deep (30minutes+) mild to hard aerobic exercise is one of the best anxyolitic + nootropic. But you have to keep doing it. It can nuke anxiety on the spot, lifting as well.

Ok guy. Unironically this is more likely with a vegan diet, but diet alone can't cure/prevent all ills, especially mental health problems.

Try passion flower extract. I think it also affects your GABA Balances
Yeah, it makes you sleepy a bit, take some caffeine

Or lavender oil. Help some, but its expensive.
