I've already kinda made it (almost set for life). I haven't really bought anything special. The most expensive things I've bought are a high end speaker ($2.5k) and a good laptop ($3k). I've also spent some money on travelling. I unironically don't care about most material things wealthy people blow their money on (cars, watches, expensive houses, high end fashion, going to expensive clubs etc.).
The main benefit of making it is the freedom it gives you imo.
