It's 5 day period since your last day trade. Only including business days. So your "day trades" would reset five business days from Friday so the next Friday. And doing 4 day trades flags you as a day trader so if you have under 25k you're flagged and can't day trade for another 90 days meaning you must hold every stock one day over.
