When people evaluate a "realistic" future price of an asset, their reasoning seems to be "if it is to good to be true, then it is not realistic" or if asset X goes to this price level, then this guy or that guy will be so rich that it doesn't make sense e.g. Sergey would be among the 100 wealthiest individuals in the world if Chainlink goes to 1000$, therefor it cannot goes to 1000$.

Don't use common-sense when predicting what price levels a crypto-asset can go to, use prior results from other crypto assets and make predictions based on that e.g. if Chainlink reach the same marketcap as Ripple during Ripples ATH, then it would be +200$.
