OP I don't have advice except look into different tax regimes of foreign countries, quality of life relative to cost, and demographics. what works for me won't necessarily work for you.
also if you don't want to be beholden to the IRS and the US's shit laws for expats, you're gonna have to renounce your citizenship, which means you'll need another foreign citizenship.
