I just got fired from my 80k job. Had exactly the same thing. I interviewed well, but had no management experience except on paper. My "retail startup" that I managed bought 10k fidget spinners for cheap and I ended up paying for them to be destroyed because I couldn't sell them, but on paper I look like a boss. I came home burned out every evening, I cried frequently in my lunch break, had power struggles with employees who didn't respect me because they could see I was incompetent, I nearly broke down and thought about killing myself frequently. Getting found out was the best thing that happened while I was at that shitshow
