Are you working somewhere else right now? Mine seems shitty but it’s also in a shitty area.

Do it if you’re working on college, otherwise I’d look at a trade or the military

What type of trades?

I've had memberships to Sam's and costco. Costco workers seem a little happier and I know they get paid a little better. Also apparently you get fired from Costco if you are two minutes late.

I once got caught forgetting to pay for a bag of broccoli and the wagie at the door wrote my name down on some kind of sheet. Will this go on my permanent record? :3

Worked at Sam's Club in 2012. Had a couple friends, one was an interesting character who had a very loud voice, other was a chill dude. We would drink free coffee out the break room, push the carts back to their rightful places, and smoke cigarettes, while shooting the shit. There was also a peculiar religious man, in his mid 20's, big af and preaching about Jesus to us while we pushed the carts. Extremely kind but still wonder what his deal was. I still look back fondly on those times.

When I got promoted from pushing carts, I got brought inside to make sure the cardboard boxes were lined up against the edges of the shelves and to consolidate products. It was so fucking boring and didn't really get to talk to coworkers, they made sure you couldn't have a fun time.

Then I switched to overnights for a raise in pay and took stuff off of palettes and moved it to shelves. It fucking sucked and in hindsight probably helped ruin my relationship with my girlfriend and school. 40 hours a week overnights at age 19, for like $10.50 or $11 an hour holy shit I was cucked.

Quit that job and became a server, best decision I ever made. $15-20 an hour for doing jack shit, and high possibility you'll get laid and eat free food.

As with most jobs, your mileage may vary depending on the quality of the people you work with - but if I had to give you advice, steer clear of working at Sam's Club, it was pretty gay.

The only person who gets in trouble is the cashier in this scenario. They will get that on their permanent record. One time they told me my drawer was off by 100 bucks like I stole from the til. They found it crumpled in the cubby that night and apologized.

I get payed 15/hr to deal with entitled boomers. Not worth op unless its the highest paying in the area.
