Ideally as the ratio between the two narrows you could sell some of your silver and get more gold than you could when you originally bought silver. It's like what 83/84:1 rn? Both are itching to go up but silver is the more tightly wound spring.

Could backfire though, if your timing is wrong, or if the demand has outstripped supply by the time silver cuts loose.

I'm not really all that worried tho, I prefer silver because the market is so much more open to us peasants and we're living in a golden age (pun) of custom rounds, bars, you name it they got it. This is coming from more of the hobbyist/collectors side than straight finance, but hey get it while its good.

It's like back when you could snag Mosins and Mausers for 50 bucks. Won't last forever.
