As the other Anon said, its a pending legal issue. Hence why its was taken down. The main issue is why you think you could ever trust them.

One of their first alleged investors was FENBUSHI CAPITAL. Notice how there is NO MENTION of Reserve on Fenbushi's website. This investment was very likely FABRICATED to give an air of legitimacy that they would then leverage to convince other firms to invest. I'm still investigating this so it's quite possible that several other firms on their list of investors are fabricated as well, but either way this is a NO GO. These FRAUDSTERS may have bilked capital out of several firms already but it's not too late to save yourself from being robbed. Do not buy, market dump if you already have. Remember to do your DD moving forward.

Refactor's twitter is kind of dead, they have like one retweet a month and tweet themselves once or twice a year.
However, i did go to their website to see if they had any mentioning of RSR, which they hadn't, but what worries me is that they actually mentioned a lot of projects they were invested in (if not all..).

idk the weirdest thing that gets to me about RSR is the fact that all of the cofounders (All 5 of them) met at that Paradigm Academy from 2016 onwards, which Nevin also cofounded. Not a lot of info on it online, just seemed like a "business" revolving around becoming a tech entrepreneur. The blind leading the blind so they can all put CTO, COO, CEO, serial entrepreneur and cofounder in their linkedin titles.
