Still not 100% sure they can achieve all their promises since they are chasing a very ambitious project in a short timeline, but I'm overall positive about its future

Also, personal opinion but I believe they wanted to create the UOS token directly on the EOS blockchain, but ended up anticipating it and making it ERC20 to raise capital.

They should also be moving their tokens from ERC20 to EOS before the end of the year, so you may want to wait so you don't have to bother with the swap. I doubt it'll moon before next year or beta release
