The higher the coin price, the more expensive it is for companies to transact and do business.

There's no use case right now and if we were to assume there was, the competition is 300x cheaper. With real demand more competitors would enter the space. Chainlink has no stranglehold in the market. It's not Windows, Facebook or Apple where customers are locked into a platform and cannot leave. Chainlink is simply a oracle parser. It would be cheaper for a bank to hire a few devs to create a feed than to continually pay for a platform with rising costs.

Let us not forget it's yet another ERC-20 token confined to the Ethereum network.
