Hi /biz/, i'm a 19m from Canada.

I saw an episode of the simpsons once where bart bought some factory for like 1$ or something.

My question is, Does anyone know of some domicile i could purchase similar to a basement for around 10k (cad). And convert it into a comfy home for me and my kitten.

Don't even care if its unfinished basement quality, just something that's like 400 square feet, not a mobile tiny house, or trailer.

Thank's to anyone who reads this.

Yes but you only "own" it for 1 year

OP, your idea/plan is cute as fuck.

It's for moments like this I want to be a millionaire, I'd just give money away to you right just for coming up with something like that.

serious answer: buy a gold claim, put a trailer on it

Serious answer, buy in Detroit or Cleveland

In south Florida you can definitely rent a small space like that, usually for work equipment or used as an office, for about 50$-100$/ month

Are you allowed to actually live in them (even if you can't use them as your address)?
