also, this is a great example of the hugely-touted "fruits" of government-mandated centralization in an economy that are supposedly "beneficial to the people" that is anything but that
stuff like the moon missions, as harmless as they were in practice, would have happened in due time regardless of the government funding that they'd received—and in fact, they probably would have continued indefinitely, as by the time that they would have occurred in a tax-free america the technology for reaching the moon would be within reach of appropriately-driven entrepreneurs
meanwhile, companies like google that rightfully exploit the nature of the west's pseudo-capitalism, highly exploitable keynesian markets (and are in fact subsidized themselves) are, because of central planning, able to create a computer that is probably DECADES ahead of nearly every other private operation's quantum technology, which can be used as a weapon to destroy the free market's only real leverage against central banking—that leverage being cryptocurrencies and blockchain tech.
