Best advice: Learn how to cook and fry rice. Do it the asian way. Add potatoes, chicken, beans, tomato and other random shit. Just search "fried rice" or something. Very quick, cheap and filling.

You're welcome.

Don’t spend money on food. Instead dumpster dive and live off scraps. Use the money you would’ve wasted on muh groceries meme and buy BitCoin BSV to solve your poor problem. 1 BitCoin can be purchased for < $100 currently and will be worth >$1 million by 2025, conservatively speaking. There are only 21,000,000 original BitCoin (bsv) in circulation so mathematically you will be one of the 21,000,000 richest people in the world. Divide this buy 8 billion (world population) and you will be in the top tier of the new 1% by 2050. It’s amazing that a mere $100 invested today could provide such generational wealth.

some poor food that is actually healthy (if you can't afford meat)

beans/lentils/rice (mix them all together for complete protein, also low glycemic carbs)
oat (low glyc carbs)
eggs (protein + healthy fat)
canned sardines (protein + healthy omega3 fat)
plain greek yogurt, cottage cheese (protein)
nuts (healthy fat, protein)
green veggies

just by eating that you'll eat healthier than the majority of people. different population in the world that lived the longest ate very little meat btw.
>>15976068
fried rice is unhealthy because it's fried with shit veg oil in high temperature.

monthly groceries:
Buy five dozen eggs (5 x 4.50 = $22.50)
Buy about 10 to 25 pounds of pork, depending on the cut it should range between .50 to $1 per pound (25 × 1 = $25)
Buy some chicken thighs or drums, usually about 8 to 9 bucks for about 5 pounds
(9 × 2 = 18 for 10 lbs of chicken)
Buy about 2 to 3 blocks of butter
(3 x 5 = $15)
Buy some spices, salt, or a pound of coffee
($19.50 allotment)
there you go, $100 for a month's worth of super healthy food that will keep you in the best shape of your life and feeling full for days. Bonus points if you fast and only eat once a day

I have the perfect fucking thing for you. I found the best efficiency/cost ratio for food.

6 pack of cliff bars, 1 each for breakfast with fruit of choice, each bar in the box costs around $1.20, a bit over 200 calories and a good chunk of protein. For lunch this isn't very healthy but it's filling and fucking cheap; there are stores in the US called "WinCo" and they are basically the walmart of food, but they make their own deli sub sandwhiches and they're giant for the price. $4 gets you a sub sandwich, cut it into 3 pieces and you have abour 400-500 calorie lunch sandwich for $1.33. I do this while waging so my breakfasts and lunches for the day are basically $3, which is $15 for all my food while wage cucking. Dinners I have whatever the fuck I want but you can just do the sub sandwich thing again if you're a real cheap bastard.

I spend about $100 a month on food and consider this on the high end because I never cook. If you want to cook potatoes, rice, and chicken are the best choices.

People will tell you rice and beans but that's the unhealthiest shit ever. It's all empty calories. Try to, as much as you can afford, introduce animal based foods for the sake of your health.
