oh I went through a similar process. 32, transformed 10k into 250k within the bull run and also gained 10 kgs of pure fat.

I was overweight but I had lots of muscles so I was looking quite ok, 5-7 more kgs and I would have been looking rly good, but then because of anxiety I lost a shitload of muscles and gained weight.
