How do you guys handle your finances?

I just started calculating everything that comes in and out but it's not very organized.

I want to see how you guys manage it in excel sheet.

Used to make a budget on excel but now I just have 3 accounts. One account for savings, one for daily use and one for fixed expenses. All my income goes into the fixed expenses and some gets auto transffered to savings and some to daily use.

Could give you my excel sheets but its not in english. Search for some generic ones of google

I automatically have money from my paychecks deposited in savings. Then invest when it gets to a certain amount.

I have a budget for basic shit to keep alive, rent/bills/gas/food. Then I have my entertainment fund, expense fund and emergency fund. Once I start building my emergency fund I'll start to contribute to my savings.

I don't spend a lot of money and have a decent job, so I don't list everything that goes in an out.
The day before payday everything above 1000$ goes onto a second account from which I buy stocks and ETFs.
Really simple.

I also have tree accounts that I use regularly.
Savings, fixed expenses, and spending.
I don't have a fixed income, so the spending has to vary.
