I don't recommend psychologists as they are often kiked.
Do you have a catholic (SSPX, FSSP or other traditionalist) or orthodox parish near you?
Their priests are trained in counseling (though they call it offering care for your soul) and do it for free.
Even if you are an atheist they will not reject you. Just be open and honest about yourself.
Should you become religious and join the parish you might develop a sense of community and belonging. This will also help you with your anxiety.

Regarding jobs, do what the other anons recommended. Write that you helped your father and start with basic entry level stuff. Work yourself up from there.

That is where we disagree. I think if you inheritely believe in a spiritual side and a duality both, then it only makes sense you will gravitate towards the teachings that put you where you belong. Personally researching into Gnosticism has created that moral base in my life, the moral base that my thoughts and actions are timeless and can truly effect the world around me in much bigger ways then one would think, thus I treat my fellow men and myself with the reverence deserved of such sacred beings as ourselves.
Im just saying it could help OP. Your right it is a catch 22 in a sense, a strong moral base will help you think through information presented without falling prey, but at the same time religious knowledge is knowledge that will help you build that moral base in the first place. If it were not for strong men showing me how much more information and experience life holds through gnosticism then I saw, then I would probably be in the same place as OP with the same kind of thoughts.
Either way I think we can agree OP is someone who would benefit from a moral base in his life.

A lot of the jobs seems boring and unfulfilling but i see smiles in people faces who does them. Like coffee shop attendants. For me it's hard to imagine being happy doing it.
