Here is one fact that has never changed.

After hundreds of thousands of years of human civilization, this is one of the only facts that remains to be true.

This fact is that nothing useless has ever survived in the history of the world. BTC cannot scale. Hence no-one uses it. It was meant to be a digital form of payment and it miserably failed. Any other reason that people come up with is an excuse and doesn't work because it failed its original incentive.

The title of the whitepaper is "digital electronic cash". It failed to be that.

BTC will not go up simple because of this fact.
