Every time I see my boss (just on mondays lately because he has been working other projects) we usually greet with a very firm handshake. Also we finished a proposal last week and the boomer head of contracts I was working with came over to introduce himself afterwards. I gave such a firm shake that we both heard his hand pop kek.
