I’ve been working overnight at a gas station for the past 4 months. I’ve had zero supervision and zero accountability in that time. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to work under the supervision of a head wagie ever again.

I’m not going to make it but this is really going to fuck me up for life.

Yoooo me too, my fellow gas station wagie. I've literally spent an entire shift once just watching shitty Marvel movies. Night shift is the most based shift, since nobody comes to buy anything, so after you restock/clean you have the whole shift to just fuck around.

I've just been reading, doing language learning memes, shitpost or watch videos when I get bored. Do my homework for Uni when I remember to bring it. There's a lot you can do with the freetime you get.

I feel that. Have done some reading myself. Day trading is a meme but it’s something that I’ve wanted to try on my shift.

I hate to be that guy, but you should stop working overnight. It's bad enough that you're expected to slave away most of your life, but when you work overnight you're shortening your life expectancy significantly. There is a large amount of scientific data supporting this.

I care about your health anonymous.

Why? Was snorting coke and binging for three nights straight unhealthy? How do I get my psycho passu hue back?

If you have unlimited data or wifi at work, you ought to get into audiobooks if you're bored. There's a shit ton for free on youtube.

If you're looking to make extra pennies in your down time
>brave browser + ads op-in
>sign up for different telemarketing jobs and spend your night talking on the phone for shekels
>learn to draw animu grils and post to twitter + patreon for the occasional comission
>sign up for online dating as a gril and catfish people to feed you paypal monies or snapchat monies
>get a secondary job via your phone, like editing documents or social media 'marketing'

There's so many things to do in your down time, OP!

Because we are ultimately animals and when we try to break from the conditions/routines we were evolved to handle we end up having issues as we are not suited to it.

Of course doing coke and binging for three nights is unhealthy, but it's unlikely to have long term consequences unless it's repeated or he dosages were high enough to somehow cause permanent damage.

I haven't slept before 3am in years now desu, and I haven't really felt any adverse effects on my health from it. Granted, I eat a pretty strict diet, exercise, and I'm in my early 20s, but I don't think the human body is fragile enough to incapable of adapting to a change in sleep patterns.

Staying up to 3 am is not staying up until 10 am, and your opinion is not relevant to fact.
