Sup /biz/

I haven't really lurked here that often because everything is confusing to me, but I need some advice. I've managed to save up a little over $8000 this summer working a wagecuck job. I'm currently in college but my parents are paying for most of it (it's like $2000 a semester, community college is cheap in America) so I really don't have anything to do with my money besides saving it.

Should I keep saving? Or should I invest it somewhere so I can make more money? Again, I'm a noob to everything so if you guys can give me a quick run down or point me in the right direction that would be sick.

Thanks niggers

XRP. If you're from /pol/ then you know the Jews have already won for now. They have all of the partnerships in place and once regulations are announced by the government then Ripple can give the green light for all of their partners to use XRP on their system.

Take 75% of that $8,000 and put it into a passively-managed total market index fund. That holding tracks the stock market in general and is the closest thing you’ll get to “set it and forget it.”

Take the other 25% and buy some dividend stocks, and use a small portion of that 25% to trade and speculate on big gambles.

Want real advice?

Get the fuck off of /biz/
Go to your bank
Ask to see a financial advisor
Develop an investment plan

Don't bet your future on random stocks or coins. I went to school for 8 years psychology/finance to do this.

Buy an inverse ETF when shit starts to crash, then convert it to an ETF when the market bottoms out.

KEK, putting 6000 on index funds will make nothing at all, it will be like 9000 in a fucking decade and accounting for inflation you will be losing money

Yeah now account for inflation and cost of living and the true gain is like 50-70%

You are a fucking retard holy shit, that's just a glorified saving account, you are not investing in anything if you lose money compared to real inflation, may as well loan for a house and put your money there if you are so obsessed with the boomer lifestyle
