Maybe a game that simplifies day trading? More visualization and more automatic confirmations (rather than having to check an email). Your normalized (for currency) wallet is your score and you can trade anything for anything but topping up requires PND?
Basically an exchange with a trading app that makes addictive noises (like nintendo games) whenever you do something and that requires PND as the top up coin. Not sure if withdrawl should be limited to PND. This would kill it.
This is probably far too difficult for us to do. Also requires real cash for withdrawls.

It will look only for email fields, validate the input and replace it with the right handler for currently bitcoin, litecoin, dogecoin and pandacoin.
