I have almost $100K saved and I'm saving at a rate of $36K/year. This is after money I put in investments for retirement.

I mean, if I had 100k to drop I'd skip the boat and truck for a few more years. I don't know how old you are but it seems unwise to put out 100k on depreciating assets (the boat for sure, the truck can be used for hauling and a house, as you said, will not depreciate in the long run unless you're in an area that gets natural disasters often, I'd personally never buy a condo unless just to rent it out)

Especially considering 100k is becoming less and less as time goes on. I would get a truck and maybe very selectively buy a house, save the rest and reinvest. Doing things in a hurry is never wise and taking advice from good boys and NEETs on a philipino comic book discussion forum is equally, if not more so unsound.
