According to my own research it makes ~30% of tokens obsolete. Guess who will absorb their fully realized marketshare

I agree. Do you understand some of technical components of it? Trying to go deeper into it.

Essentially, for a binary or even non-binary outcome event, the participants create off-chain addresses to be used as their identities and sign commitments to a financial product including agreed upon terms such a termination date if one party doesn't pay in, or the oracles don't deliver the needed input data by x date and time. Any one participant uploads these terms and commitments to the oracle contract which sends it to the on-chain smart contract. Privacy is preserved thus far because any identifiable information is performed off-chain up until the oracle submits to the smart contract. When the oracle or oracles return the answer at an agreed upon time, thus fulfilling the contract, they can obfuscate the output (payment) to these parties on-chain in a number of ways thereby providing privacy end to end for traditional financial products.

Great. This is along the line of how I have been viewing it so far. I just had a few deeper questions.

Where does the tumbler exist? Is it part of the smart contract itself? If the oracle knows the switch doesn't it know the query which might leak sensative info?

2) How is Deco used in Mixicles?

It's a function of the oracle nodes themselves.
See where they say "confidentially may be a service provided by oracle nodes" or something along those lines.

its bullshit like usual. Just like tees were. If you haven't understood yet that Chainlink is all about weak/inexistent tech and fake partnerships, you're basically a retard. The proof is in the pudding, mainnet has been out for months and barely anyone using it. The "partners" are not using it.

I don't know. I've stopped paying attention to details. Used to comb over everything, but now I have no incentive since this is a sure thing. Anyone else think like this?

Exactly like this Anon. Been in a long time. Feel like I've read all I can read. I need no further convincing. My average buy is 24¢. I know I'm gonna make it. Its been hard losing the breadcrumb threads which I actively participated on but gotta move on sometime I guess. Sitting comfy now and watching the show.
