Do you keep bitcoin in your personal wallet stored on your computer or keep it online?

It's in Polo but it's diversified into six or seven shitcoins. I'm trying out a strategy I saw on this board a while back where you rotate shitcoins once a week.
I actually don't know how safe this is but I imagine exchange hackers don't bother draining every shitcoin.

I wasn't buying them to try and make a profit. I'm actually going to use my BTC to buy stuff with, like VPN because it's cheaper to use BTC

No, I already told you how to make money.

Then just keep them on your computer. If you have a virus problem any online wallet would probably get compromised when you accessed it anyway.

I didn't feel like downloading fucking 80GB worth of blockchain data so I am going to store them on my phone. More secure than keeping them in Coinbase IMO, also more convenient when sending BTC to people

>> No.1546848

>>1546826
You can get light wallets for your PC as well, but I think your phone might be safer as long as it doesn't get stolen.

So you'll buy drugs online now?
Is that your plan, young man?

>> No.1546853

>>1546851
I've thought about it and researched the process, but the only problem is I don't do drugs so there is no need. Also don't feel like taking a risk.

>facepalm

The current price of 1 BTC is $610.66, regardless of how much you bought, you bought at a bad price.

It's like you bought an overpriced stock when it's near the peak of an uptrend. Get it now?

Pic related, it's my BTC that i bought when it was under $400

>> No.1546910

I don't really care. I could either pay $4 in bitcoin for the VPN or pay $6 in USD. I decided I'd like to pay with BTC, and to pay anonymously.
