You can only delay hair loss with pills, never reverse it. Those hair follicles are literally dead. The first advice I would offer is to shave your head and see how it looks. If you don't look good that way, do photoshop and try to see how you might plausibly look good. Then get plastic surgery (nose job, whatever) you need to look decent while bald.
