Language really doesn't matter honestly just find what has the tools you want to work with and go in that direction. My thinking is absolutely shit right now. I can't think of anything stock related, I just keep reading things and not really having any strong feelings towards anything. I've kept my eye on Uber, Lyft, Baidu, and BABA. I feel like Lyft/Uber is going down the tubes right now, but once they figure out their business model they'll be quite profitable. I like Lyft a bit more because they have their hands in less things and seem to be closer to finding out a profitable business model.

Yes, the dividend is the whole point, but the idea is you can hold it for long term and when/if the market recovers because it is a REIT the dividend will also recover. I'm not too sure honestly. All of it's peers have cut their dividend, but like I said the last time we spoke about this, NRZ at the very least appears to have prepared for this situation. I've got a long term view on all of this, especially considering I am somewhat moving up in life and the amount of money I have to invest will be going up somewhat soon and will be going up again once I graduate uni soon. I'm not too concerned with any of my holdings tanking. In fact, I hope many of them tank so I can buy more since I think I've bought most of these a little too high.
