I understand they do not want retards working for them but this is not North Korea and what does it take for them to stop pretending that some work places are not cancerous ? At one of my jobs it was quite normal for the supervisors to throw things at subordinates or scream.

They're not punishing you, they're just hiring another one who hasn't been fired since there are hundred people like you they don't have to bother.

Never admit to being fired unless you are applying for some REALLY picky 100k a year job. Only the pickiest employers check to see if you were fired, or bother calling previous employers.

>> No.15186347

Unskilled jobs are a buyers market, just don't list the jobs you were fired from. Bullshit them with the traveling meme for the gaps.

Yeah, naw.

Past three interviews I've been to have all called previous employers.

Why risk hiring someone who might be a shit employee when there are hundreds of others just as qualified to do the same job?

What a bootlicker response. The hundreds of others could as likely be shit employees as the fired guy is not - there's no telling just by the fact he was fired, unless you're a bootlicker who thinks employers are always right.

If I was hiring, I'd test my candidates and have them bring portfolios of their work and test their portfolios for authenticity too (and get a good feel for them). That's how I've gotten hired by every employer who has ever given me an interview - I always bring my portfolio and offer to let them test me (and I always bring references). Any employer who looks at the detail you're talking about and dismisses someone deserves a shit employee for not going more in depth.

work retail.
manager sees another employ hit me with a pipe in the ribs when he rages
entire work place watched except the manager
everyone tells me I should report it to HR
get a look from manager like I shouldn't report it
ok don't report it since I don\t want to be put on heavy duty
weeks later im always on heavy duty
other employ is trying to hurt me by driving really fast on bumps to give me whip lash
know he does it on purpose
last a couple more weeks
feel like shit the last two weeks since I was in a direct path of wet dirt that was blowing in my area that was all dusty and fucked up my lungs giving me fever like symptoms for two weeks also get on heavy drugs to cancel out the pain from the whip lash and ribs

That was my last two weeks of working. Im homeless now but fuck if I worked that job more I feel like they would have poisoned my lunch. Mostly hoping I make it on crypto at this point.

It's the truth. What's bootlicking about realizing that companies don't care about individuals and just want to hire the best candidates for positions?

Why take a chance on anon because he loves in his own little fantasy world where he thinks he's the star of the show and deserves the job just because he's seeing the world through his own perspective and thinks he is owed the world? Sorry, someone else is more qualified and wasn't fired from his last job. He's a much safer hire. Good luck on your job search!

The best way right now for burgers is too get a work holiday in Australia (fuck off were full) or NZ and completely falsify a CV. They won't check, it's too expensive and the culture hasn't caught up. You could literally claim to be a Harvard Grad and they'd buy it.

You can do that for three years then go back to America with killer work experience (and a few good stories).

Wow you really are a boot licker
I was fired from an engineering position because of mostly politics. Quite frankly I got a long with the technicians and they respected me because I was a technician. Then when I fixed problems I was accused of not following procedures.
>Partially True
But when the boots on the ground in an industrial facility like the engineer they get a lot of shit done and come to you for everything. Especially when you've been in their shoes before they don't see you as part of the ruling class assholes in the ivory tower

>be me
>quit my job recently
>walked into my now former supervisors office
>handed her my badge
>leave
>she asks if im coming back
>...
>tell her no
>following week
>get a call don't answer
>she leaves a message wanting to talk with me since she wanted more info immidiately deleted it and blocked that number
>not even a wagecuck there anymore and that busybody behavior rears its head
>several days pass
>i get another call, apparently blocked numbers can still leave messages
>delete it

Alrught biz what do I do? It should be obvious enough that I quit but I suspect that fat uggo is gonna list me under "job abandonment" rather than quitting. This would look bad to possible future employers. What do I do? Email HR and tell them that I already quit and handed my badge to my former supervisor but that she is harrassing me with calls?

It's ironic considering how she exerted authority over me, yet the moment I quit she seems to be trying to work it out so I come back.

was at a Nursery. The guy who did it was very smal like four foot seven. HR joked about the big six foot three guy reporting the midget for attacking him. The guy who tried to get me whip lash was always complaining about not working fast enough...The guy that he used to work with left the job and he was always comparing me to him.

Nah a lot of places actually don't want permanent employees because it's onerous to get rid of them. The fact that you'll be gone in a year or two is a positive.

And if you do a good job writing up a real winner of a CV theres no way they can resist.

I used to work with a 6'5" dude that would do nothing but threaten me all night long. At one point he grabbed a coworker by the collar and lifted him in the air to scream in his face, and management laughed. Being stuck in wagie hell is the worst.
