Greeting fellow Vancouverite; how about all them chinks, eh? Values still have a ways to drop. Capital controls out of China aren’t going anywhere anytime soon and there’s a major wave of condo completions occurring over the next year or two. I’ve been wrong about the market for the past 20 years, so take it for what it’s worth, but I’d say give it at least another 6-12 months before considering entering the market. The herd is turning.
