We need more info. But it seems like Hyperledger isn't using Chainlink for an oracle service. He does say they'll will be using Chainlink in their products in the future though. Not sure if that includes Hyperledger or not.

This is going to be my ONE and only spoonfeed for nulinkers this month. This FUD has come and gone 10 different times and it always grabs newbies.

Realize this; An oracle network needs a token in which its value is derived from the utility it provides to said network. It needs a financial vehicle to transfer funds. If you tie that financial vehicle to any other project, YOUR ENTIRE NETWORK IS AT THE MERCY OF THAT PROJECT.

Imagine a large Casino. Equate this Casino to Chainlinks network in this example. The gamblers are the node operators.
The gamblers come to this casino and play a game of roulette. If the gamblers put up their bet (or, stake) in any form of currency, then the Casino takes any risk that accompanies holding that specific asset, whether it be USD, AUD, gold, Bitcoin, or zimbabwean dollar. The casinos profits are now tied and at the mercy of those assets. Not to mention the headache from the dealer needing to payout in all those different currencies.
Instead, the more logical solution to this problem would be to have every gambler use the same form of currency, such as a poker chip. If the gambler wanted to, he could then cash out that poker chip in any asset he pleased, but the casino itself now mitigates the risk of payout.

Now knowing this, imagine if Chainlinks network chose to payout node operators in Ethereum as opposed to LINK token. If you were involved in this market during 2016, you would remember the Ethereum DAO hack, in which a malicious actor stole millions of Ethereum due to a technical bug during a DAO fundraising event. This attack lead to a subsequent hard fork of the Ethereum chain and sprung the creation of Ethereum classic.
Imagine had Chainlink existed during that time. The chainlink network is now at a standstill because of something completely unrelated to it. Imagine now that the community was split on adopting the new hardforked ETH token or the ETC token.

Do you not see how issues may arise from this?
