Current job feels like a police state and makes you track all the work you do.

>make a mistake due to high quota and strict quality standards?
>your fault, report yourself otherwise someone else might
>come in for performance disciplanary action

>make an error?
>your fault, fix it, and come back for possible performance disciplinary action

>fail to meet your quota due to having a ridiculous amount required per day that makes it difficult to use the restroom due to risk of failing to meet quota?
>your fault come back for performance disciplanary action

>have to use the bathroom?
>inform your supervisor afterwards or risk performance disciplinary action

>take "too long" to come back from the bathroom?
>come back for performance disciplanary action and so that they can remove said time from your timesheet so that it's unpaid

>have a cell phone call or text message to respond too?
>go outside you are not allowed to use your phone inside for calls or texting and only allowed like 2 minutes for said event
>inform your supervisor that you stepped out for a call/text and amount of time
>do it to often or get a 10 minute call?
>come back for disciplanary action and so that they can remove said time from your timesheet so that it is unpaid

>you fail to go to break or lunch at your scheduled time?
>your fault and even if you go later and return later, you will face performance disciplanary action

>your late even though your supervisor didn't see?
>report yourself otherwise one of your coworkers might which will likely make it worse
>happens enough come in for performance disciplanary action

>you got kept late because your supervisor kept talking past leave time?
>go ahead and ask for 1 or 2 minutes of overtime, they did afterall waste your free time
>likely get called in to remove the overtime and humilitated for asking what was rightly owed

I want to quit.

Sounds like min wage job, at least in my experience with min wage it was all automated through a badge and bath/phone breaks weren't deducted from the pay(you still needed permission from a manager).
You had a window of time to check in(3 minutes from the start of the shift/end of break) after which you lost 15 minutes of pay(and so on in 15 min increments, overtime was in 30), at check out you had to reach 30 minutes or more to get credited the extra half hour(provided it was approved overtime, else they'd manually overwrite it). A nice cozy way to jew employees that weren't very careful out of a few minutes of waging every day.
