Yes, the entry node and relay node can see the IP it's communicating with, but the entry and relay node never knows if it is communicating with

B) Entry
C) Relay
D) Exit
This is because Entry and Relay nodes are the same, therefore they cannot know if they are communicating with a user, entry, or relay node.
