Honestly its hard without getting into specifics, but think about a specific use case such as gaming.
Ethereum was supposed to host a bunch of gaming dapps but couldn't due to the cost of txs and limitations in TPS. Harmony solves this by lowering tx costs through being PoS and can "comfortably handle a TPS in the tens of thousands". This is compared to ETHs TPS of the low dozens, and when compared to even other "ETH killers", it is the highest out there WHILE remaining decentralized through the use of sharding. If you read their whitepaper, its actually quite fascinating how they solved for attacks on the network through various randomness generation techniques.

Harmony has come out with the most technical white paper out there, and has a team full of ex-google, amazon, etc. engineers who regularly report their progress and share their development on GitHub. So we know its not vaporware.

This isn't even considering their connections with CZ, etc. Just looking at the tech this thing has all the tools to be the layer one solution that is adopted by dApp devs.

Think about this in the broader scheme of the cryptocurrency space. Companies like VIDT, LIT, QNT, etc. are building layer two solutions that require a layer one blockchain such as Ethereum or ONE to operate. I don't think these developers are going to stay on ETH just because it's the first mover.

What we are witnessing is the maturation of the blockchain industry into enterprise use, and you guys don't even realize it yet. ONE has the potential to be the backbone for all of these enterprise use-cases.
