personally I would just download cashapp get btc there, then transfer that to an exchange like Kraken, Binance, Gemini, or if you really want to fuck yourself with trading you could download the Exodus wallet that will allow you transfer btc to other cryptos but its like a $20 exchange fee

You need to learn how to buy Chainlink immediately. Take out $150 from your stack and buy a hard wallet that will support chain link. Make an account with Biance now if you're an America doors close Sept if not already. Market buy every penny into a LINK order. Move funds from Binance or exchange immediately to wallet. Indefinitely sit on the investment go back to wagecuckery like it doesn't exist until you're ready.

$6k is a good start. That should buy you about 1,000 shares of Lannett Co. Inc. common stock. You can find this in Robinhood under the ticker symbol LCI. Friday's closing price was still under $6, but there's a good chance that it will break $6 after market open on Monday, so you're going to want to put in a market order for a slightly smaller number of shares (950 would be fine) if you have just exactly $6,000. After you have done this, report back on Monday for further instructions.

Do not waste time on a Binance account, you can't buy link directly there and it's insanely costly to onload FIAT.

Just make a coinbase account and then use coinbase pro to buy link directly with USD. You also don't have to report taxes on FIAT>LINK but you would have to report taxes if you did crypto>LINK.

Depending on your income and filing status long-term capital gains tax may be 0% (though youbstill have to report capital gains), depending on your income and filing status. If you're buyin LINK, it shouldn't be an issue. What part of "we are the LINK marines!" do you not understand?

Hmmm interesting, do you think about 300$ is a good starting investment ?

>> No.14899146

>>14898901
I duckduckgoed capital gains tax brackets, and it looks like the 0% long-term capital gains tax is only if your income is $39,375 or less filing single, so you may want to get married before cashing out your investments to minimize taxes.

$300 is as good an amount as any. The only strong reason I would say to buy in a larger amount is if you're paying fees or transactions that favor larger purchases. For example, if I purchase common stock in my Schwab account, I'm charged a $4.95 commission regardless of the size of the purchase. I would probably want to buy in at least a $500 or even $1,000 transaction to make sure that those commissions don't eat up too much of my future gains. That's why I typically stick to commission-free ETFs or mutual funds there and buy individual stocks on Robinhood.
