ETH's ratio is the lowest it's been in years. It's lower than it was before the DAO existed and before ETC broke off. ETH might not be worth 10k each or whatever the latest turbobull price prediction is, but not buying it now is passing up a lot of room for gains. All it takes is one millisecond of wind blowing into alt sails and ETH will rubberband back to 0.03
