Looks like it is really good project and backed by PayPal cofounders. But, is it another stable coin like USDC or PAX or better?

its literally the only stable coin concept that isnt an actual shitcoin. its the reinvention of MakerDAO - the evolution of a stable coin, entirely regulatory compliant, approved of by the United Nations, and more importantly Hannah Barron supports it.
