No, to be a verified publisher you have to have a website/youtube/twitter/twitch.

You can already withdraw through uphold (which is pretty gay admittedly) but they're going to institute actual withdrawals later this year through the in browser wallet.

It makes you a simple holder. Verified publishers are websites that publish content (ie; news outlets, content creators, blogs etc) that have signed up to allow BAT as a method of donation / subscription.
