You're not so bad, after all.

You're okay with me anon. But be careful when bashing clinton, absolute saint compared to all the other presidents of the past 3 decades or so.

They tried to hang him for being a straight white male. Republicans started something, with their "ends justify the means" mentality. It's gonna have a bad end.

This is such a stupid fucking comparison.

I don't think pets.com had any revenue or even sales, it was just "hey guys we're gonna sell pet shit online, buy it! You bought all those other internet stocks."

Chewy has a loyal customer base. Though the family I know who uses them switched to Walmart.com, said it's cheaper... forgot about that... maybe not so bullish on Chewy.

Doesn't change the fact that Chewy is NOT Pets.com. Dot com investors were 20 years too early. People were still shopping at Toys-R-Us and Tower Records. Blockbuster was all the rage and no one thought Netflix would do anything big.

Nigga, streaming wasn't a thing, most people had never ordered anything from the internet, and people still bough videogames and cd's from actual brick and mortar stores.

Now, the REAL new pets.com, on the real, is that recent ipo called the "RealReal". It's run by the CEO from... pets.com

IMO it's a 10 dollar stock pumping on some good consumer chips (which don't mean much)
long run, server chips and cellphone chips are what matter. BUT if AMD is smart they will be able to make those. 30-35 range that it is trading in is 'fair' right now. I'm just letting it chill, not touching it. Way more upside to buy other semis stocks IMO. AMD could run way up, 50+, but only if they go hard competitive in the server market. Their consumer silicone is showing strength, so maybe their server chips will as well.

I know the EPYC chips are there when I buy servers, but they're still basically the pajeets of server chips
let me be real with you, I've been shopping for and buying servers recently. I know that AMD is there, but they are definitely on page 2 when you go to buy real servers. If you want to just SP and call me an idiot go ahead, but for real, what do they have in the server market that is selling like Intel? I know they are making some gains, but they're still very small player. I'm not questioning AMD30, but to prove AMD 40+ they need a rocking server chip

David and Goliath fallacy is why investors like to put money in the "next Amazon" or "next Google", while the winners keep winning bigger; unless a prodigy comes along. But far too much has been lost on trying to bid for the next prodigy.

Far too much has been talked about how much you could have made if you bought Apple in 80s but you would have made good money buying it in 2008 when the iPhones propelled Apple to the top, with much lesser risk and drawdowns
