I work in a call center. Cold calling for all sorts of reasons. (Political push pulls, News/media , Internet/shopping satisfaction). Yeah, we keep callings basically until you say 'put me on your do not call list',
because as a "data collection company, we are exempt from the 'Do not call' list. At least with what I deal with.
or until the 'study' finishes, were calling back. Only 4 States have disclosure laws at least when it comes into politics but I am not actually trying to sell them anything, just trying to get their opinion so the laws might be different for soliciting of a sale.
