How do small businesses work? Why do people agree to work for you and make you money while you add nothing of value?

Monthy return on small biz is usually 1% of total initial investment. That means someone had to put up 100k to make 1k a month. Most of your employees will never understand this because they would take that 100k and run to the car dealership, apple store, and maybe get a new house payment all on the samejob.

I have around 20 employees. None of them really understands how the business earns money. They are all brainlets/beta males like yourself.

I keep as much stuff hidden as possible so they can't steal my tech and compete with me. I also hire people I know have 0 interest in starting a biz and are happy wagecucking. As soon as I see someone is asking too many questions or trying to cheat me by doing less work, I fire them instantly.

There are a few higher up wagecucks that have access to 90% of the information but they are most likely too lazy/stupid to do it themselves and actually succeed even if they would have all the info they need at their disposal to actually do it.

I would never promote someone smart that hasn't been a perfectly docile wagecuck for at least an entire year to a position where they would know enough to actually compete with me. At this point, if someone has been a perfectly docile wagecuck for 1+ year, it's pretty much impossible they have it in them to start a competing business. They are beta males to the core and have 0 chances. Like you.

My boss works like 60 hours a week. I work 30-40 hours doing basically nothing-and it's not uncommon at all for me to take home more money than the business itself does on a given, random day. If your company is big enough for executives to earn "passive" income it's probably not a hell of a lot if you compare it to the payrolls. If you want to be mad about being exploited then turn your ire at the tax man where it belongs; stop being resentful of the people that have given you an opportunity to crawl out of the hole you'd dug yourself in by spending $100,000 on a worthless art degree you retard.

Nibba, SpaceX is literally subsidized out of the US budget, as was all of the technology that they didn't have to pay for direct R&D of. Every dollar that they reap from NASA or the Pentagon that doesn't feed directly back into the R&D pipeline is money bleeding from the budget.

>> No.14300523

>>14300438

Yeah, but the Pentagn and NASA can't lobby Congress for more funding on their own can they?
