14239761 No.14239761 [Reply] [Original]

Lets end the debate. Which one is the best privacy coin? Which will moon the most in the future?

>> No.14239802

>>14239761
I personally think that Zcash will moon harder b/c of available fiat on ramps. However, I am not sure which is technically more private.

you want to be rich then its ZEC
simple as that anon

That seems to be what the sentiment that I generally see, but can you explain why?

Both coins market themselves to be the most private, but what makes one better?

Is there any truth to the backdoor in zcash?

>> No.14239893

Mfw zcash had inflation bug for a year and nobody knows if it has been abused and if someone is sitting on a gazillion zcash.
Mfw monero is centralized and hark forks every few months so the devs are 1 million percent in control of the monetary supply.
Mfw you actually think there wont be privacy on btc, or dont know how to use wasabi wallet to mix ur coins, or think lightning has no privacy.
Mfw you are playing the shitcoin roullette when the only tru inovation is btc.

Zcash tech is superior but it comes with its own dowside. the supply isn't auditable so if someone finds some kind of bug to mint extra coins, no one will know.

the real downside of zec: anual inflation rate is 30%. its not an interesting buy for some more time to come.

xmr inflation is lower than bitcoins right now so.

Technology in blockchain (not MW which will be the future) then Zcash is the best tech in the game today, not a single coin out there is remotely close
Zcash gives the option to be private or not, its backed by Gemini, Wall Street and kikes in general, so its only a matter of time before it pops

Monero is more private by default since its private transactions period. Doesnt have the fiat-ramps like ZEC does and this is a disadvantage

Supply wise ZEC is lower (under 7 million coins today) but has a higher inflation rate of course but this will a non issue later as most of these coins will have similar supply

i have 250 XMRs and 250 ZECs
i dont favor one over the other i just look at facts

i personally think ZEC will do better in the long run (thats my opinion and doesn't make it a fact) but i bought similar amounts as a hedge in case one pops and the other tanks

you do whatever you think is right anon and best wishes

5 coins are mainly used today on the DNM
1. BTC
2. LTC
3. XMR
4. DASH
5. ZEC
in that order

ZEC slowly creeping up and increasing MC and i think it will eventually be DASH,XMR& ZEC since they can be private and the others
cant as of today

again best wishes anon

>> No.14240933

hmm, sounds like I still have some time to accumulate. I think I can hit 50 zec in acouple of months, but not if the price spikes.

good coins - open source will always get forked, thats the nature of the beast

the point of the fork is to decrease miners rewards, i am not really following and dont really care about the forked coins

>> No.14241127

>>14240881
People that don't use the DNMs tend to imagine DNM users as being super security conscious, but in fact 90% of them are functionally retarded and buy with BTC straight from coinbase. So the fact that you can buy ZEC on coinbase is really helpful if it were to become more widely accepted by vendors.

thats where things are headed and thats why i believe ZEC will outperform XMR and most privacy coins

its on CB, Gemini and has a lot more fiat ramp than most of the privacy coins

also add the kike factor and this is all but guaranteed moon mission

not saying hopper is the actual replacement, it's very limited early alpha, but it's the sign of things to come soon. Neither monero nor zcash have any chance to survive competition with zk-snark mixers for all erc20 tokens (including weth).
