Build a customer list, plug into FB and use FB lead form ads and target a look-alike audience of your customer list.
Put out Craigslist ads (yes, Craigslist) for $5 a pop in big and medium size cities across the USA with a well written ad with a pic, contact info, and maybe a link to a landing page with more info about your service.

Call your past clients and ask for referrals.

I’m talking like cut every corner-type quick&dirty method, because in all these threads people talk about all that extra shit (taxes, employees, etc) that you only have to actually worry about ONCE you’re making money.
