hey /biz/ new poster here normally on /pol/

just got accepted for a job interview today for quite a young start up company.

they are based in the UK founded in 2012.

very young staff.

went there. to be fair everything looked totally legit. kept asking the guy questions he answered all them with ease. says i can work from home or the office (i will be using the office)

the deal is £450 for a course then they will give me a trading account of £20k. my qouta is 5% per PCM if i fail this they will charge me £145.
They want me to trade on forex. 5% of £20k = 1,000 meaning i have to average just over 68 per day. they say they will pay 50% of the profit i make

never traded, only read books been to seminiars a few short coures at uni.

1.) is this a good deal.
2.) is this easy
3.) are there any red pills you guys to give me as a head start?

Further, there is no such thing as forex trading in the way there is options or futures trading. There is no forex exchange. Just brokers. Apply for an internship at an actual investment bank or hedge fund or something if you wanna get into finance.

Several things to happen after paying £450:
1) ''We'll call you back'' scenario
2) Get the ''job'' and required to pay for/buy software & tools you'll absolutely need
3) You're given £20k to trade with, buy first you need to have worked for the company and proven that you're capable of making money, so they actually give you a £100 balance or some shit like that
