The "new" MEW won't recognise my Ledger, and it's a piece of shit.

What are we using with Ledgers these days, for ETH and token movements?

IDEX allows your to transfer tokens between wallets, pretty easily and a very simple interface. I have used that a lot.

Another thing I would like improved - would be nice if Ledgers displayed the token amount instead of just "0 ETH" because of course you're just sending a message to the token contract, not "sending tokens". But it does mean you can't ever verify on-screen what you're sending.
