literally everyone in the crypto space hates them. why the fuck do they even exist. they just create shit and centralise everything

I like them. I think they have a reasonable plan for scaling, unlike everyone else in this space.

They understand there is an inherent trade off between decentralization and transaction throughput, so it’s better to create a second layer that is more centralized so that the base layer does not become more centralized.

It’s pretty much how any other protocol works, but nobody on this board even knows what a protocol is so making this post was pretty pointless.

This. Their only job is to sabotage scaling, and if they can profit off that in the meantime with garbage like lightning, that is just bonus. They did their hitjob well, until Satoshi came back and took back Bitcoin through BSV. Now they are fuming.
