I don't think it's necessary to hop straight back out of the position above $144. The stock is entering territory where short term reversal is a possibility. From December low of 124, it proceeded to bounce back to 193, after all. Some decent trade news will probably result in a similar move. Also note that the long term lower trend line indicates possible influx of support at around 139.
