Either Samsung and Chainlink are partnering or Chainlink/Sergey will sue Samsung for copyright infringement for using the name

I cannot copyright "BurgerKing" or run a business with that name if there is already a copyright/company with the name Burger King

Samsung is not stupid

They will not violate a copyright

The partnership is coming biz

Yes you can. That's the joke about copyrights: until someone disputes your claim, it's yours.

Well on that point, then, I noticed yesterday that in Microsofts documentation for Cryptlets, they consistently refer to "SmartContracts" instead of "smart contracts" or something else. I could only find one place in the document where they used the term "Smart Contracts".

Example: https://github.com/Azure/azure-blockchain-projects/blob/master/bletchley/CryptletsDeepDive.md

if they have a product/service called "Smart Contract" it still violated the copyright of "SmartContract"

I can't open a business called ShakeShack if there's a copyright on "Shake Shack" already because that would violate their copyrighted name

Samsung was developing their own blockchain wallet and then partnered with Enjin. So the Enjin wallet not only supports chainlink, but will work with the Samsung blockchain keystore, a cold storage built in to their newest phones.

You're all worried about the nuances of if it is or is not copyright infringement and you're missing the forest from the trees.

Look at the big picture. Samsung is HEAVILY invested in crypto, especially Ethereum products. They have blockchain solutions for business, discussing smart contract solutions for enterprise. There's old articles showing Samsung was experimenting with "several" ERC20 tokens.

They're building HARDWARE keystores into their consumer phone lineup, partnering with Enjin for wallet software, and providing tutorial videos for how to use them in Korean.

So given all this factual information, is it such a stretch that there's a connection between Samsung AND chainlink when they start capitalizing Smart Contract like a proper name? Is it so outlandish to see a hundred dots and start connecting them?

Big things are coming and the "crypto community " is including some big boy names into our crypto cool kids club.

Nobody knows who sergey is and calling a smart contract smartcontract by chance is way more probable than a possible breach of NDA just for the sake of it
