CSW is the most convincing evidence that being invested in something financially can hinder your cognition and critical reasoning abilities.

It's not so obvious with other bagholders. Other projects just have the "tech", and that's it. You're supposed to believe in it and maybe you'll get rich(er). The CSW affair actually has a story with dramatic plot twists, a whole drama with a cobweb of lies, fabrications and machinations, all sprinkled with slogans and threats. Technically you're right it was submitted by the plaintiff before discovery in this case. My mistake.
The point that it isn't a "sworn document" attested to by Craig and was obviously faked by someone with a grudge still stands though. The plaintiff probably got it through the ATO, either legitimately or illegitimately, which probably got it through seizure of a bunch of computers that Craig never touched.
You can also take a close look at the addresses and do some forensic image analysis to show that at least some of the addresses were tampered with.

It's a statutory Declaration by Stephen D'Emelio, the Solicitor acting for CSW, and he's swearing that on 11 Oct, 2013 Craig Wright came into his office and showed him these addresses on his cellphone. He swears that it appeared to him CSW was in control of these specific 5 bitcoin addresses.

This is a sworn document, equivalent to a sworn affidavit in US law.
